Biography

Federico Lincetto is a Ph.D. Student in Computer Vision and Computer Graphics at the Department of Information Engineering of the University of Padova in collaboration with Sony Europe.

He received his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Engineering in 2020 and his Master’s Degree in ICT for Internet and Multimedia Engineering (with honors) from the University of Padova in 2022.

In 2022 he spent 6 months at Sony Europe in Stuttgart, Germany, as a master’s thesis student.
He received the 2022 Best Student Work Award by Sony Europe SL1 for his research work.

Neural 3D Reconstruction

Accurate geometry estimation of 3D subjects and environments through neural implicit representation and NeRF-based approaches.

Multi-domain Neural Fields

Exploiting multi-domain data from different sensors to estimate neural fields for geometry reconstruction and inverse rendering tasks.
