BIOGRAPHY
Annalisa Gallina is a first-year PhD student in Information Engineering at the Department of Information Engineering, University of Padova. She received her Bachelor’s Degree (with honors) in Information Engineering from the University of Padova in 2023, with a thesis on the characterization of the geometric complexity of point clouds. In 2025, she obtained her Master’s Degree (with honors) in ICT for Internet and Multimedia from the same university, with a thesis on 3D Gaussian Splatting Compression. As part of her Master’s research, she spent six months at the Signals and Systems Laboratory at CentraleSupélec in Paris, France.
