Research areas

Computer Graphics

Computer Graphics (CG) develops models from a computer-driven process. It is commonly used in animation, movies and video games. Research in CG includes rendering techniques, 3D reconstruction and new generative AI models.

Extended Reality

The term groups all the projections of virtual 3D objects to the user that extend its world. It comprises Augmented Reality (AR) and Virtual Reality (VR) and all Extended Realities (XR). It is usually optimized as it runs on Embedded Head Sets.
